We understand things come up; however, rescheduling on the day of your appointment will incur a $40 fee plus 20% gratuity for your nail care specialist.

This policy helps ensure our nail care specialists’ time is valued and their schedules run smoothly for all guests.

Life happens, but we kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Cancelling within 24 hours will results in a 100% treatment fee plus 20% gratuity for your nail care specialist.

No-shows make us sad. Missed appointments or late cancellations will be subject to a full service fee plus 20% gratuity for your nail care specialist.

No one under the age of 13 is permitted in the Club. Ages 13 to 16 must be accompanied by an adult. We kindly ask that children under the age of 13 not accompany you to your appointment.

Our treatments are specially tailored for adults; However, we will offer special treatments to those aged 6-15 with parental consent during special Club hours and events.

While we fully support social grooming, we kindly ask that mobile use remain discreet. Feel free to scroll or tap, but for calls, we ask you step outside—our space is meant to feel like an exhale.

At Club House, your experience is our gold standard. If for any reason your service doesn’t meet the impeccably high standards we’re known for, we promise to make it right—no fuss, no fine print.

Payment is due at the time of service. Gratuity can be added to your card or mobile payment for your convenience.

When making your booking please advise us of any health conditions and any medication you are taking. For certain medical conditions we will require written permission from your doctor to proceed. Please speak to our host team for more information.

Please inform your manicurist if you are pregnant to allow us to tailor your experience.

We prioritize the health of your natural nails and align with a clean, waterless philosophy.

We do not offer builder gel, dip or acrylic services, and we are unable to remove builder gel, acrylic or dip powder enhancements. To ensure the best possible results from our treatments, we kindly ask that guests arrive with natural nails or product we’ve previously applied.

If you currently have dip or acrylic on your nails, we recommend visiting a salon that specializes in removal before booking your service with us.

We believe every guest deserves an unhurried, elevated experience. To maintain the intimate and relaxing atmosphere we’re known for, we are unable to accommodate groups larger than 3 guests at this time.

We’re always happy to recommend creative ways to celebrate—just reach out, and we’ll help you plan something lovely (and perfectly Clubhouse-sized).

Members receive monthly service credits, preferred pricing, and exclusive benefits as outlined in our membership tiers. Memberships are billed monthly and may be paused or canceled by contacting us in writing 30 days prior to your next billing cycle.

Unused service credits expire 3 months after they are issued. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

When you schedule your appointment, you may see an estimated service total — rest assured, no charges will be made at the time of booking.

Your membership credits will be applied at checkout on the day of your visit.  Any additional charges would only apply if you choose services not included in your membership tier.
